Temporary Position - Teacher/Facilitator for After School Homework Club
Location: Millstone Elementary School
Day/Time: Tuesdays (starting in December 2023 - going into May 2024)
3:20 to 4:20
Rate: $30 per session
The Millstone Alliance to Prevent Substance Misuse has a temporary (6 month/26 sessions) position available for a HW Club facilitator.
The position provides guidance and support to help students complete their homework assignments and to develop time management and organizational skills needed to ensure academic success. There are two club facilitators and approximately 12-15 4th and 5th grade students in the club.
The ideal candidate will be a certified, current, retired, or temporarily unemployed teacher who can commit to a once a week club session for 26 weeks/sessions. Time is 3:20 to 4:20 pm.
